How it goes
90 days, three steps.
- 01
First weeks
Set up and train
We set up your sites, record the first assets and print QR labels with you, then walk your team through scanning, capturing and reviewing.
- 02
The middle
Use it on real work
Technicians scan labels on the job, add photos and notes, pin assets on your floor plans, and contractors submit their work for your review.
- 03
By day 90
Review the results
We go through the pilot value report with you. Continue on a plan, or stop and take your data with you.
Neovekk keeps a visual, documented record of what was visible and recorded. It is not an inspection, a survey or a BIM model, and a pilot does not guarantee savings, safety or code compliance. Qualified people still verify conditions on site.
What happens when the pilot ends?
You decide. Continue on a plan, or stop. There is no long-term commitment, and you can export your records and original files at any time, including at the end.
Can we include more than one site?
Yes. Pricing is per site, from $149 per site per month, with a one-time setup fee quoted per site depending on its size and how much we set up for you.
Who on our team can use it?
Your admins invite technicians, managers and contractors and choose what each can see and change. Nobody installs an app: it runs in the phone's browser.
What do the QR labels show to someone who scans them?
People you authorize see the full record. Anyone else sees only the basics you choose to show. A label points to the record; it never holds a password or sensitive data.
What does the value report measure?
Documentation activity from your own records: label scans, assets documented, photos, documents and notes added, floor-plan pins, contractor submissions, reviews and active people. It is not an inspection or a calculation of savings.
